Emily is a creative executive with over 15 plus years of experience developing brands, leading teams, and driving sales by ‘bridging the gap’ between design ideation and business needs. Deeply inspired by the work of Kandinsky who stated,“Colour is a power which directly influences the soul,” Emily’s connection to the creative process can be seen clearly through this influence. Her intuitive focus on consumer behavior and understanding their unique needs has been the guiding force behind her reputation within the industry for cultivating brand engagement, loyalty, and growth.
Emily’s experience ranges from global Fortune 500 corporations to family-owned businesses for brands such as Puma, Hurley, Walmart, and Amazon. With a background in textile design, she brings hands-on experience, adaptability, resilience and a comprehensive business sense to the fashion industry. She is known for spearheading efficiencies and reducing cost, with a natural ability to translate the needs of not only customers, but also internal team members across complex organizational structures. Her Team building experience expands overseas as she has built strong relationships with manufacturers by traveling, effective communicating, and overseeing development into production.
Emily holds a BFA in Textiles from Savannah College of Art and Design and is a member of a newly founded Sustainability Board.
